Such an awsome survival horror! Like they used to be. It transported us to our childhood.

It was a great demo! We enjoyed every minute of it! :D

Thanks so much for playing! That was very fun to watch!

Thanks for watching! :D

Hmm. The theme and setting are interesting and the common enemy is underused in survival horror - there's some great, creepy discoveries to be made! Puzzle UI is servicible and the puzzles themselves are mostly sensible (except for finding a battery in the washing machine)... but at one point it's possible to trigger a combat encounter which is insufficiently telegraphed, which is frustrating. The fixed camera angles are fine, but it often uses a swoopy lerp between them which is very distracting and fourth-wall-breaking (I've seen that used effectively to inform players about world state-changes in other games, but it's used too much here). I'd prefer a simple cut between angles. 2D art is FANTASTIC, but the 3D art is uneven - the title screen's great, but the environments and characters need a lot more work to hit the aesthetic they're trying for. That said, the enterprise as a whole is very exciting and intriguing - I'd love to see a further polished iteration!

Added to our indie games list on Fixed Camera Appreciation Society!

loved this demo , i cant wait for the full game to drop, gaver me a true jump scare too....

I'm very glad I waited for V0.9. I enjoyed my time with it a lot. Very polished, puzzles made me have the "aha!" moment and a lot of great surprise moments. There was a lot of thought put into this game. Still need to play through it some more. I look forward to playing in this world some more.

Thank you for playing!

I really enjoyed playing through the demo, really dug the atmosphere and enjoyed the puzzle elements, they hit that sweet spot of being difficult enough to be engaging, but not so difficult that it way frustrating. Looking forward to seeing more

Thank you for playing!

Really FUN visuals.  Sound effects and background music that fits the "feel" of each task you need to puzzle out.  Enough clues to get it - but still a challenge to puzzle it out. Scary at times. Unexpected humor at other times.  Our new Battlecry for getting through Covid is going to be "Bloody Poseidon"  Thanks for the fun!! It is A++ Entertainment... keep the Fun coming.

Thank you so much for playing!

Really nice visuals, its simple like a PS game, but looks better and has its own unique feel.  I really enjoy games that use simple stylistic methods for atmosphere and to allow more resources to be spent on the actual game.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you! We're glad you had a good time!

Had an awesome time playing this. Had my heart pounding a ton of times. The puzzles were very cool and interesting. I loved when I had those lightbulb moments where I found something that helped me figure it all out.  Overall, a really fun and thrilling game!

Thank you for playing!

Yo that was a great experience! I did get a bit stuck on one of the last puzzles of the demo, though once I got it, it really did make sense, I was just being a tad dumb lol. There were a couple spots of the game that legit had me on edge. Looking forward to full release!

Hey! Thank you so much! We knew you could do it!

The game's great and really fun. I also like how you made the game feel like ps1 era gaming. Though I think I ran into an issue. After the second death, the man never showed up to chase me after the phone call. So that's something to look into. Otherwise great game.

Here's my channel for other games I have played. http://www.youtube.com/c/Levont

Thank you so much for playing! We'll look into it!

Great game, it was fun.

The graphics fit the game well, the audio as well.

The UI can for sure can be better and a main menu and pause screen will be great as well.

I was talking to SirSnipe on Discord while playing and I don't think I could finish the game without him, you need to write somewhere that the Space key open the inventory and Shift make you sprint (Love the animation of the sprint xD) and just make the game a little bit more easy to understand.

Also when I died I didn't understand that until he told me that I died and what I did wrong, I think writing what is the reason the player died (What the player did wrong) would help understand the game and not repeating the same mistake.

Oh, and about the note pad, maybe just make a note pad in the game ;)

I know the game is still on prototyping so other than that I think this game is a great puzzle game and I can't wait for you to release it :)

Thank you! Will do!

Fun! I love the retro feel of the graphics.

The on-screen hints and directions are really helpful.
Highly recommend using a pen and paper to keep track of the clues that you get.

Thanks!

Super fun. Great sound effects and atmosphere. Interesting puzzles that were tricky enough to keep me interested but were not frustrating.

Thank you so much! We're glad you made it through!

This is a short and extremely engaging survival horror puzzle game. The atmosphere in this game is absolutely great! The puzzle was satisfying to finish and I was hooked from start to finish. I'd love to see a longer experience that continues this.

I will say that the only thing that threw me off inside the dorm was not knowing or expecting when the camera was going to change positions -- sometimes this was disorienting and would force me to let go of the controls and start moving again. This was a minor annoyance but not really bothersome overall.
